TERMS OF SERVICE — CASTNER

1. GENERAL
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through castnerco.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

30-Day Return Policy:
Castner offers a 30-day return policy. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition in which you received them — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A purchase receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Right of Withdrawal within the EU:
European Union regulations grant customers the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days without providing a reason. Goods must be returned in their original condition as described above.

To initiate a return or withdrawal, contact us at support@castner.store. We will supply return instructions and applicable return labels.

3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Customers should inspect orders carefully upon arrival. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact support@castner.store immediately for resolution.

4. EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Hygiene and personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
- Items ineligible for return for health/hygiene reasons if seals are removed
- Discounted items or gift vouchers

5. REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting returns, Castner will notify customers of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued within 14 working days to the original payment method.

Processing time varies by financial institution. If refunds haven't arrived after 18 working days, contact support@castner.store.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through our payment service providers. Available methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

7. DELIVERY
We ship worldwide with free express shipping on every order. Delivery times vary by destination and are usually between 5 and 20 working days after dispatch.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Castner reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary. The current version is always available on the website at castnerco.store.
