REFUND POLICY — CASTNER
1. GENERAL
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through castnerco.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
30-Day Return Policy:
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A purchase receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Right of Withdrawal within the EU:
European Union regulations grant customers a 14-day withdrawal right without providing a reason. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return or withdrawal, contact support@castner.store. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Upon receipt, customers should inspect their order carefully. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact support@castner.store immediately to resolve the issue.
4. EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS
The following items are excluded from returns:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Hygiene and personal care products
- Items with removed seals for health or hygiene reasons
- Discounted items or gift vouchers
5. REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting a return, we will inform customers of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued within 14 working days to the original payment method. We ship worldwide. Delivery times typically range between 5 and 20 working days depending on destination. Free express shipping is included on every order.
